7Data Retention

• Account & KYC Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.

11Minors & Age Restriction

The jj333 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jj333 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jj333 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, cancel any pending transactions, and delete the personal data of the underage individual as promptly as possible, subject to any legal obligations to retain records of the incident.
