1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jj333 website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the jj333 Platform.

jj333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jj333 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility

To register and use the jj333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jj333 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jj333 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

jj333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jj333 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jj333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. jj333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj333 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jj333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jj333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jj333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. jj333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jj333 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jj333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your jj333 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the jj333 cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• jj333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your jj333 account.
• jj333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
• jj333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

The use of the jj333 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). jj333 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected illegal financial activity.

5Bonuses & Promotions

jj333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jj333 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: jj333 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jj333 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• jj333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed live dealer studios under independent oversight.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jj333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded, or during a technical error, will be voided.
• jj333's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj333 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the jj333 Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jj333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction imposed on your account.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the jj333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jj333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jj333.

Any unauthorized use of jj333's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9Privacy & Data Protection

jj333 is committed to protecting the personal data of all players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the jj333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the jj333 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jj333's legal obligations to retain certain records under Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jj333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jj333 Platform.

• jj333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jj333's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
• jj333 is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or financial loss arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• jj333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit jj333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Suspension & Termination

jj333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Conduct that jj333 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than your own breach of these Terms, jj333 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to jj333, within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, jj333 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

You may close your jj333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12Responsible Gaming

jj333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled and you will not be permitted to register a new account.
• Reality Checks: Session time alerts can be configured to notify you of the duration of your current gaming session at intervals of your choosing.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account pause of up to thirty (30) days is available without requiring full self-exclusion.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The jj333 Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jj333 Platform, you agree to first contact jj333 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jj333 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

13.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process. Disputes relating to jj333's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication. All other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Game Outcome Disputes

Disputes regarding the outcome of any game round must be submitted to jj333 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. jj333 will review server-side game logs and, where applicable, consult with the relevant game provider. jj333's determination following such review shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable PAGCOR regulatory oversight.

14Amendments to These Terms

jj333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jj333 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jj333 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
